This cartridge is a little more difficult to refill. First you place sealing tape (supplied) over the printhead on the cartridge, then you remove the label on the top of the cartridge to expose the hole to refill your cartridge. After filling the cartridge with ink you will take the empty refilling bottle to squeeze air into the cartridge to activate it. PLEASE NOTE.. do not remove the label before buying one of our Calidad Refill Kits. This will allow air to enter the cartridge and will dry out the ink sponge. You will have great results with these refill kits if you follow these 3 simple rules: 1. Take your time. Don't get in a big hurry. 2. Follow the instructions exactly. 3. Take the cartridge straight out of the printer and refill it at that time. The cartridge will dry out quickly if left out of the printer. If the cartridge dries out you will not be able to refill it successfully. The refill kit is designed to work with HP 60, 60XL, 121, 121XL, 300, 300XL, 703, 901, and 901XL cartridges.
